Consider the Lilies Foundation: is an outreach to women who are battling breast cancer. This foundation  will offer a message of hope and encouragement along with caring support to the precious women who are facing this difficult disease.  Consider the lilies founder,
Penny Ann Rice, went to be with Jesus on the morning of February 21, 2007.  She is survived by her husband Larry Rice, and children Chris, Stephanie and Jennifer.  To read more on Penny life you can visit this website created in her memory.

From the support of New Life Evangelistic Center and American Eagle Clothing,  Consider the Lilies was able to provide women experiencing  breast cancer with a trip to the mall and gift certificates to American Eagle Clothing Stores.
